LEAST Student wins Best in Session at recent TECHCON 2016

Best in Session Winners

LEAST student Hesameddin Illatikhameneh (Purdue) received a Best in Session Award for his LEAST research work entitled: "Why Do We Need Novel Steep Transistors?" This was part of the Tunneling Devices II session at TECHCON 2016. The conference was held at the Renaissance Austin Hotel, Austin TX. Sept 11-13.
